I recently went to Perugia salon for my first time. The service was impeccable. I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, and felt very comfortable for the entire service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable on their products, and explained in detail what their benefits are and how they could help me. This is the first time that I have received a facial without breaking out, and it truly felt like it was tailored to my skin type. I would recommend this salon to all my friends.
I've been going to Perugia for 3 years and love (as much as anyone can love) getting waxing done. Melissa V. is fantastic and very professional. The membership ($75) is a great deal - perks on your birthday and great rates for services. Plus you are eligible for good last-minute deals.
My mother and I have been Perugia members for quite a few years, and we have always had exceptional service. Crystal McClung has been our hairstylist for a good 3 years and anytime I go in to get my hair done I am always pleased with the outcome. So much so that 2 of my friends now get thier hair done by Crystal. Perugia Salon and Spa is a wonderful place to go and get any salon or spa service. You are always treated like thier most important customer. I would highly reccomend Perugia for your services, and if you are planning to get your hair done, I would definitely reccomend Crystal.
I have been a Perugia member for at least 3 years and am always impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of all staff. Crystal is an exceptional stylist who not only strives to understands my needs but anticipates them. She also ensures that she remains on the forefront of all new styles and products. I highly recommend Perugia and Crystal!
I have been a member at perugia for about 3 years. I love that when you go for a treatment you get treated in a day spa manner and get the away from it all feeling. This is done with the beautiful relaxing decor, the robes, the eucalyptus steam room, and the great lounge with drinks and snacks. I generally get massages with Meagan and sometimes Kirsten who are equally amazing. I also get my waxing services there with Melissa (who I can't rave enough about) and sometimes facials, scrubs and mani/pedis. They do the best facials, the hot towels alone are worth it! i just renewed mine and my husbands membership yesterday and plan to continue.
I went to Perugia for the first time today, and absolutely loved the experience! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and very welcoming. The service I had (eyebrow shaping) was one of the best I've had - probably the best in Edmonton. As a bonus, they even include complimentary mineral make-up to cover up the red spots after waxing. I would recommend Perugia to anyone.
Why do I love Perugia? Let me count the ways:) When I go there, each and every time, I feel pampered, from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the warm staff who check you in, take your coat, take you to the lounge, offer a drink and something to eat. Then the staff who is providing your service comes to greet you and take you in for your service. I have always felt pampered and that this is a time that I can relax and unwind. Pierre, the director is at some point and time stopping by to say hello (sometimes offering chocolates:)). Crystal who has done my hair for the past several years is always warm and engaging, knowledgeable, a superior stylist who is exceptional at listening to her clients wants and needs. Continuing education is a theme at Perugia which enables the staff to be on the forefront of all trends, styles and cutting edge products. I highly recommend Perugia!
I've been a client at Perugia for several years. Crystal has been cutting my hair since I started going there and I'm always happy with the outcome. The service is always positive, friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the benefits of being a member like access to seat sales and the annual scalp massage for my birthday.
I have been a cliet at Perugia for about 8 years. I've been for many different services - They always pamper you no matter what your having done. Crystal always does such an amazing job with my hair. I'm always quick to let people know where and who I have to thank :) Thanks so much Perugia!

This was my 2nd time to Perugia and it did not disappoint. I had the spa manager as my esthetician and she definitely helped me get beautified before my wedding. The only suggestion that I would make would be to have a create you own bridal package for brides, even if it is something like 15% off each service that you do at the spa.

It was my very first experience with Perugia and it was AMAZING. Both my sister and I were made to feel like royalty from beginning to end. We had facials and massages and we literally floated back to the car afterwards...thanks to everyone who made our 'special sisters day' a roaring success! We'll definitely be back :-)

I have been going to Perugia for years. The customer service is amazing and the services are top quality. I recommend the membership as you get access to exclusive deals. I really love the bee bell muffins and starbucks coffee too. It is such a treat every time I go!

Highly recommend. Great staff-always friendly and helpful. Very clean and bright atmosphere. Go there when you need to relax with a massage-upon arrival, your coat is taken and you are given a warm and fuzzy robe to change into-a great start! Kirsten gives the best massages I've ever had, and recently she got me hooked on the Japanese mint oil-so refreshing and great for allergy season. You should definitely go!

My experience with Perugia was so wonderful and relaxing. A massage from Kirsten was exactly what I needed to relieve some school stress. Plus she tipped me off to the membership deal which I might not have signed up for if the staff wasn't as sweet and friendly as they are. They make me feel so welcome every time. I definitely recommend going. And their eucalyptus steam room is heavenly.

I have been to Perugia a couple of times now. I find the staff warm, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the experiences I've had there have been wonderful. Both Megan and Kirsten offer excellent massage services!!
