This gentle, nurturing, light massage benefits the lymph flow and blood circulation throughout the body. This soft tissue pressure point massage promotes relaxation and overall well-being.

Deep Tissue

As the name implies, this massage releases the chronic patterns of tension throughout the body. Using slow strokes and deep finger pressure, it works best on a targeted area, not your entire body. Not recommended for a first time massage.

Sports

This vigorous massage uses flushing techniques to loosen and warm up muscles for pre-event, or to flush out the toxins that build up after athletic activities. This massage helps reduce lingering muscle pain and works to eliminate soreness before or after sports activity.
