RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Perugia Salon Spa will not refund any gift card or membership purchases. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We use Canada Post Xpress post for all deliveries.
Canadian orders will be shipped to the address you provide within 3-7 business days of purchase (depending on your postal code). All Gift Certificate purchases will be shipped out and cannot be held at Perugia for pickup. Sorry, no exceptions.
All gift certificates, spa packages and membership orders will not include any shipping charges and are set to "Store Pickup" and you can't combine items that are shipped with items that are picked in store. to achieve this you will have to separate them into two separate orders, one for all items that require shipping and another order for all other items that qualify for free shipping or store pickup.
